The Birth of Conscious Evolution or Saber-tooth Tiger Again?

Some Scientists believe that humans are evolving at an accelerated rate (duh…). Up until now the standard belief was that we haven’t genetically mutated or evolved in the last 50,000 years.

How arrogant is that?

When I think about our conscious evolution and the realization that what we think and feel actually creates our existence then it completely validates that Eve was our first conscious thinker.

I can just imagine that it went something like this (about 50,000 years ago); Adam’s out hunting with the guys, gone for days to ‘who knows where’ while Eve and the girls are tending the fire, gathering berries and keeping the wee ones from wandering too far from the new cave the clan has just laid claim to. While on their berry gathering outing Eve discovers a new fruit hanging from an unfamiliar tree. It’s sweet and crunchy and delicious and she carries an armload back to the new digs.
